First editions, signed limited issues, of the complete Sherston Trilogy. Each title was issued as a deluxe edition on handmade paper, numbered and signed by Sassoon, but with different limitations Memoirs of a Fox-Hunting Man issued in 260 copies (this number 86); Memoirs of an Infantry Officer in 750 copies (this 623), and Sherston's Progress in 300 copies (this 85). This set has laid in some appealing ephemera, a Royal Welch Fusiliers stamp printed on india paper, and a recent photograph showing "discarded ordnance at Point 110, Nr. Mametz (Bois Francais) close to where Sassoon won his MC."
