First published in 1930. Signed by the author on the front free endpaper: "A. Rosenberg". Alfred Rosenberg (1893-1946) was an influential Nazi idealogue. His book, espousing "historical" racial theories, has been described as "one of the two great unread bestsellers of the Third Reich" (Robert E. Conot, Justice at Nuremberg, 1983, p. 216); the other book being Mein Kampf. Signed copies are most uncommon.
