First edition, first printing, Brunnenburg castle copy, one of 360 unnumbered copies from a total edition of 400. This copy has the blind stamp "Brunnenburg, Tirolo (Merano), Italia". Brunnenburg castle became the home of Pound's daughter (with the violinist Olga Rudge) Mary de Rachewiltz and her husband the Egyptologist Boris de Rachewiltz. After Pound's return from the United States he stayed with his daughter at Brunnenburg in 1958, and wrote the last 6 of his 116 Cantos there.
